Furniture

What time will my delivery arrive?

We offer an AM or PM delivery option with our delivery vehicles operating Monday – Friday. Once your item has arrived in our warehouse, we will contact you  to arrange a suitable date.

What is your returns procedure?

You can cancel non custom-made furniture by notifying us in writing, before delivery or within 14 working days beginning with the day after the date of delivery.

If you wish to return your goods it is your responsibility to take good care of the furniture. You will be the owner of the furniture once it has been delivered to you and you are liable for any loss or damage during this time. Failure to take reasonable care may result in a claim against you. To minimise the risk of any such claim we ask that you return the goods in appropriate packaging such as to prevent damage in transit.

For hygiene reasons all mattresses will be delivered sealed in clear plastic wrapping that will allow for inspection before use. Any mattresses that have been unwrapped will be deemed as having been used. Therefore they cannot be returned for any reason other than because they are not as described or are not of satisfactory quality.

Please note that this only applies to items that are not custom-made or you have not examined the product in one of our showrooms.

Custom- made furniture, or items that have been manufactured to your specification are non-returnable. This includes items such as sofas, built with your choice of fabric or legs with the exception of manufacturer faults or defects. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

We will however keep you in the loop and uptodate with all the information that we have.

What if my furniture doesn’t fit on delivery?

The last thing we want to happen when you order new furniture is that it doesn’t fit or you can’t get it through entrance ways.
