We offer an AM or PM delivery option with our delivery vehicles operating Monday – Friday. Once your item has arrived in our warehouse, we will contact you  to arrange a suitable date.

What is your returns procedure?

You can cancel non custom-made furniture by notifying us in writing, before delivery or within 14 working days beginning with the day after the date of delivery.

You will be the owner of the furniture once it has been delivered to you and you are liable for any loss or damage during this time. Failure to take reasonable care may result in a claim against you. To minimise the risk of any such claim we ask that you return the goods in appropriate packaging such as to prevent damage in transit.

For hygiene reasons all mattresses will be delivered sealed in clear plastic wrapping that will allow for inspection before use. Any mattresses that have been unwrapped will be deemed as having been used. Custom- made furniture, or items that have been manufactured to your specification are non-returnable. This includes items such as sofas, built with your choice of fabric or legs with the exception of manufacturer faults or defects. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
